Description
This has become my go to banana bread recipe, its moist with just the right amount of
sweetness and bananas.
Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1½ cups AP Flower
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Table Salt
½ cup Sour Cream
3 very ripe Bananas, mashed
Instructions
Preheat over to 350F
In mixer using the whisk attachment, whisk together the melted butter and sugar till
combined. Add vanilla extract and one egg at a time and whisk until smooth.
Add Flower, baking soda, salt and whisk until just combined. Add bananas and sour cream
and whisk until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes till top is golden brown and
toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes the turn
out onto a wire rack and let cool completely.

Additional Instructions
Walnuts or chocolate chips make a great addition.
